Look Out World – I Learned How to Blog!🤩

Yeah, that’s right! Me! Blogging! Who would’ve thought? The concept of wanting all of my thoughts and ideas to be in one location has been marinating in my brain for a while, but I finally decided it was time to actually create a concrete plan, so I set it up in blog form! And it took me a full day with nothing but YouTube tutorials and my close personal friend ChatGPT to get me through. Plus a few tears. But it’s fine, we’re fine. 😌

I thought it would be fun to keep a ā€œpaper,ā€ aka digital, trail of my favorite parts of life. If you know me, get off this website and forget you found me. JK. Kinda. Not really, actually. But for real, if you know me, you know that home decor, the beach, tanning, shopping and self care pretty much make up my entire personality. Those are all of my favorite things and I wanted to create one singular space where they could exist together.šŸŒ“šŸŖ“šŸŒžšŸ›ļø

I’ve always loved to write, though I’ve never pursued it as a career. I probably should. It relaxes my brain. Something that doesn’t relax my brain, though, is work. Work is fine, it’s whatever, but life has been turning into Groundhog Day lately – wake up, go to work, come home, walk the dogs, couch rot, sleep, repeat. It get’s old. I’m sure many people can relate. One Groundhog Day too many, and I decided I was tired of the same routine and needed a little spice and thus the Sunlit Sanctuary Blog was born! Plus it’s like free therapy. I mean, come on. Who needs a therapist when you air all of your business on the internet for the entire word to see, am I right?

Come along with me through this lifestyle blog of mine as I document everything from daily routines to the little wonders of life that make me giggle. Bring a glass of wine (or hard liquor if you’re about it) and stay a while. It’s about to get sillier than a silly goose in here!🪿
